RET closed 2020 with a net financial result of € -11.4 million. After years of strong growth, the number of passenger kilometers decreased by 45% due to the corona crisis. Customer satisfaction rose to an 8.0.

In 2020, RET was hit hard by the corona crisis. After years of record growth, the number of passenger kilometers dropped by 45%. Despite the restrictions and thanks to government support, we continued servicing the people who depend on us. Customer satisfaction rose from 7.9 to an 8.0. In the time to come, we will focus on recovery as well as the long term challenges in capacity, as the number of travelers will keep on growing due to urbanization and population growth.
